  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations and direction of 19 locations throughout NH, ME, and VT, with an annual revenue of $36 million. Concentrating on customer retention, contract negotiations, financial control and facility management with 1100 employees.
  • Customer retention of 97% due to exemplary service.
  • Review and analyze financial statements, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine and develop areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
